Jim has been a Realtor in Columbus, Ohio since 1973, working since 1980 with RE/MAX. Over the past 30 years Jim has experienced the tremendous growth in Central Ohio. In fact, he still remembers when Dublin was considered "out in the country"! With his many years of experience, Jim has developed relationships with the vast majority of home builders in Columbus. During this time he has assisted over hundreds of clients through the new build process. However, Jim's representation is not that of the normal Realtor.

Jim guides his clients through each step of a new build, from the planning and designing stages past closing! Jim attends nearly all meetings between his clients and the builder, including meeting at the design center, pre-build walkthrough, meeting with the electrician, home inspections, pre-drywall meetings, pre-closing walkthroughs, and several other times during the construction of the home. Jim has even been known to shop-vac his clients floors prior to carpet being laid!

Buying a new home is a very rewarding, but not easy process. Many variables exist - whether it be lot selection, financing, the builder to choose, or options to include in your home - Jim will offer his expert advice during each stage.
